Molly Hughes Wilmer brings over 25 years of experience advising senior leaders in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Known for her mix of strategic clarity and deep empathy, she partners with executives to uncover blind spots, align their teams, and lead with purpose and presence.

The Oyster Insight team includes certified coaches, experienced facilitators, and senior consultants, many of whom are former C-suite executives and global business leaders. Our professionals hold ICF credentials and bring deep expertise in leadership development, behavioral science, and organizational performance.
