Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an intake packet and an invitation to schedule your coaching sessions.
Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Oyster Insight (“we” “Oyster Insight” or “us”) website, OysterInsight.com (the “Site”). We ask that you abide bt the terms and conditions that follow, along with any other terms and conditions that may appear on the Site from time-to-time (collectively, the “Conditions”). Your use of the the Site constitutes your agreement with the Conditions that follow and we reserve the right to revise the Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will post them here. You agree to check this section periodically to be aware of any changes and your continued use of the Site shall be considered your agreement to any modified Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these Conditions, please do not use the Site.
All coaching sessions must be scheduled within six weeks of payment. Coaching sessions are 50 minutes unless stated otherwise. Other services are as described on the sales page as of the date of your purchase.
Email and texting services are only included if stated specifically.
Clients are expected to come prepared for sessions, including any homework outlined in advance, and to focus and be present for the duration of the session.
Coaching from Oyster Insight does not constitute therapy, mental health advice, or medical advice. While Oyster Insight can discuss sales, budgeting, strategy and long-term planning, Oyster Insight is not a registered investment advisor or financial planner.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session, or you will be subject to payment in full. No refunds are given for previous payments however credit will be applied for a future session if you are within the 24-hour window. Molly will do her best to be flexible in the event of an emergency. On her part, Molly will reciprocate and provide 24-hour notice for rescheduling.
Services are paid for in advance. They can be paid online or over the phone. By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase services which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Your payment will be processed for your order at the time the order is placed.
Prices throughout the website are quoted in U.S. dollars, and payment can only be accepted in U.S. Dollars.
For recurring payments for long-term services, clients agree in advance to continued monthly charges, with cancellation available at any time with 30-days’ notice.
By submitting an online order with Oyster Insight through the Oyster Insight website, you expressly agree not to request a ‘charge back’ of any fees or payments for said orders, and that no dispute with Oyster Insight will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company. Rather, you agree to contact Oyster Insight directly to resolve the issue.
Late fees, up to 10% or the maximum allowed by law, collection costs and attorney fees are the responsibility of the client. Services will no longer be available, or you will be removed from the program, if payments stop.
Refunds are not allowed, due to the limited availability of appointments.
This website and all content contained within it is protected by copyright and no portion of it may be used without express written permission from Oyster Insight. Any materials published by Oyster Insight and/or given to clients is the intellectual property Oyster Insight. Clients may not share, repost, or use materials in their own business.
Third-party links may be included for your benefit, but Oyster Insight does not have any control over the content on those pages.
The Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, in the United States.
Force Majeure, Severability, and No Assignment apply.
