The Coaching Process

Only you truly know when you are owning your future.
Where are you going, and how do you want to get there?

  1. Define your goals
    Tell us about what needs to change, what you want to accomplish, and how you will know you have succeeded.
  2. Pick your time frame
    Most coaching engagements last for 12 months at the most. You can work on a 1-, 3-, or 6-month basis. You can always extend if you need or want to.
  3. Do the work
    Your sessions will last for 50 minutes, and we will usually meet every two weeks. There may be work you want to do between sessions, including reading, practicing new techniques or more.
  4. Own your future.
    Experience accomplishment and fulfillment and enjoy life’s riches!
