Owning your future isn’t an indulgence. It’s a gift to yourself and those around you.

The Coaching Process
Only you truly know when you are owning your future.
Where are you going, and how do you want to get there?
- Define your goals
Tell us about what needs to change, what you want to accomplish, and how you will know you have succeeded.
- Pick your time frame
Most coaching engagements last for 12 months at the most. You can work on a 1-, 3-, or 6-month basis. You can always extend if you need or want to.
- Do the work
Your sessions will last for 50 minutes, and we will usually meet every two weeks. There may be work you want to do between sessions, including reading, practicing new techniques or more.
- Own your future.
Experience accomplishment and fulfillment and enjoy life’s riches!
Molly’s Coaching Approach
Every coach has a different style and philosophy.
Some will help you reach your goals better than others.
Empathy & Acceptance
Your journey is yours and yours alone. I respect where you are and where you want to go. We have complete confidentiality. I walk alongside you. You are not alone.
Oysters aren’t for everyone. Neither are you. Individuality and diversity are exquisite gifts.
Honesty & Integrity
Our progress requires excruciating honesty and candor, with ourselves and each other. We stretch your emotional intelligence and self-awareness. We go deep and explore stories and myths, beliefs and questions, ideals and realities. We explore your hopes and dreams. It is scary and takes courage. We face the often-difficult truths and come out the other side.
Commitment & Purpose
This is hard work that requires an investment from both of us. I challenge you, and you challenge yourself. We honor you and our work together by being intensely present. We focus on your goals, and we may discover new goals along the way.
Power & Transformation
As we advance in our journey, you realize an unprecedented sense of freedom and light in removing your obstacles and barriers to progress. You intimately experience clarity, perspective and empowerment. Transformation leads to gratitude, profound joy, an enlightened sense of purpose and a renewed vigor for life.
